Programs

Los Angeles County is the second-largest population center in the United States. According to the 2020 Point-in-Time (PIT) Count, 66,436 people experienced homelessness on a single night in the county. With such an extremely high cost of living, affordable housing is a substantial crisis in LA County. There are countless Los Angeles County residents living below the HUD-defined low-income level. All of these individuals qualify for our housing program.

Bright Light Economical Housing Inc. plans to purchase distressed properties and land through the Los Angeles County Chapter 8 Tax Credit properties. Once acquired, Bright Light Economical Housing Inc. will rehabilitate or develop housing compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Working with HUD programs that provide rental assistance to low-income families, Bright Light Economical Housing Inc. will rent all doors at affordable prices. In addition to housing, Bright Light Economical Housing Inc. will assist with essentials for tenants.
